  • Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast is a well established Mercedes-Benz motor dealership located in Robina and we currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team in this newly created role.

    Located within our Service centre, this position will be responsible for:
    • Meeting and greeting customers
    • General office duties
    • Assisting service reception with taking customer service bookings and general enquiries
    • Keeping customers informed of the progress of the service, including new developments
    Your skills and experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Confident computer and typing skills
    • The ability to work under pressure
    • A high level of personal presentation and grooming
    • Exceptional professionalism and communication skills - both verbal and written
    • A high level of organisational skills - the ability to prioritise and multi-task
    • A clean valid driver's licence
    • Any mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded
