Newly created position with Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast
Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast is a well established Mercedes-Benz motor dealership located in Robina and we currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team in this newly created role.
Located within our Service centre, this position will be responsible for:
Meeting and greeting customers
General office duties
Assisting service reception with taking customer service bookings and general enquiries
Keeping customers informed of the progress of the service, including new developments
Your skills and experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
Previous customer service experience
Confident computer and typing skills
The ability to work under pressure
A high level of personal presentation and grooming
Exceptional professionalism and communication skills - both verbal and written
A high level of organisational skills - the ability to prioritise and multi-task
A clean valid driver's licence
Any mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded
You will need to enjoy working with customers and have a great work discipline with the drive to work hard and achieve success in this exciting role.
