We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our Unitron team in Baulkham Hills.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have some experience in Marketing and Event Coordination including communications, event coordination, advertising and digital marketing, and project management, specifically events and campaigns.
While a Bachelor degree or Certificate/s in Marketing is preferred, it is not essential.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
Exceptional planning and organisational skills so that work objectives are accomplished on time and within budget;
Strong negotiation skills;
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and email marketing service providers;
Sound knowledge of traditional and digital marketing trends, portals and channels;
Knowledge of HTML and design and email software;
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
Initiative and decision making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills;
Positive working relationships with customers and colleagues;
Integrity and a positive and professional company image in all contacts.
You will be responsible for contributing to our overall marketing efforts. You will provide assistance in a variety of areas to support existing marketing and event programs, including the organisations conferences and tradeshows and digital marketing strategy, while assisting with ad hoc initiatives as required.
This is a part time position and we are flexible with hours / days.
