We're currently looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team in Blackburn.
You'll need previous experience in a service department role with strong customer service skills. While this is not a technical role, a good knowledge of automotive servicing and repair will be highly regarded. You'll become an essential part of our service team and will be responsible for offering our customers sound advice on servicing and repairs.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Professionalism and a high level of personal presentation
To be capable of working in a team environment
Great time management and organisation skills
The ability to relate to customers on all levels
Titan DMS experience is an advantage
