  • At Air Conditioning and Electrical Services, we're a highly recommended Mechanical and Electrical services provider, since being founded in 1992.

    We're currently looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Bayswater.

    In this role you will be the friendly face of our office, responsible for handling all client enquiries, providing administrative support, liaising and scheduling jobs for our Technicians, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deal with all walks of life. You'll be exceptionally customer centric and have "no job too small" attitude and a positive demeanour.

    You'll also need:
    • Basic accounts knowledge, particularly accounts receivable and payable
    • Great time management and multitasking skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
