    The position: We are looking for a professional National Accounts Manager for our Domestic Sales division to grow our many National Accounts, such as Big W, K Mart, Bunnings, Spotlight.

    Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
    • Managing our major accounts through the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with Colorific's business strategy.
    • Securing ranging for new product as well as maintaining and growing sales of existing ranges.
    • Identifying and securing new shelf space within new and existing retailers.
    • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external at all levels.
    • Working with buyers to develop tailored product and promotional opportunities.

    You will need to have:
    • The ability to work both in a close team environment and independently.
    • Energy, passion and are professional and positive.
    • At least 3 years proven record of growing businesses as a National Account Manager dealing with major retailers in Australia
    • Industry Experience will be an advantage
    • Sound relationship building and negotiation skills
    • Strong organisational skills and a "whatever it takes" attitude
    • Results orientated and solution focused
    • A good sense of fun and high energy levels
    • Great communication skills
