We're currently looking for a Customer Service STAR to join our team as a Service Advisor.
While previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, we are also keen to speak to candidates with a background in Customer Service within other industries.
As the link between our clients and our technical team, your dedication to providing the very best knowledge and advice, and your commitment to the highest standard of customer service, is the most important facet in this role.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Communicating with customers regarding repairs and service work
Communicating with dealership staff effectively to have repairs and service work complete correctly and on time
Meeting KPI's set by Senior Management
Delivering total and complete customer satisfaction in every dealing with customers
This is a full time role working 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
