We are seeking expression of interests from experienced Business Managers to join our professional team at Orange Motor Group and assist to grow our business.
The successful candidate will be a result's driven professional, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), combined with a strong client focus. A solid track record as a successful Finance & Insurance Business Manager in the retail automotive industry is essential.
If you can demonstrate the above, along with the following - this may be the next step in your career:
Previous automotive finance and insurance sales experience, with strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience in a high-volume Dealership
Current Tier II and Financier Accreditations
Ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills - including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver's license
Your principal responsibilities will include:
Assisting the sales team with follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with double closing & deal negotiation
Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for Dealership customers
Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all clients
Strict adherence to compliance
Contributing to the achievement of Dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's
