Our team of automotive experts are committed to outstanding service, and due to our continued success we are seeking another exceptional professional to join our busy service team.
As a Service Advisor you will be the first contact to the customer as they enter the service department. The main focus of this role is to explain the repair process and book the customers vehicles in for Service. This role also includes effectively selling recommended service products as well as customer follow up and liaising with the internal team ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Previous experience is an advantage but we are also interested in speaking to those with mechanical backgrounds who are looking to take a step up. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
