Explore Property has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator who understands attention to detail, is able to prioritise and who is a 'people person'.
This role is fast paced, rewarding, and challenging which requires outstanding attention to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines while remaining calm and flexible.
The preferred candidate will have 5+ years' experience working in a fast paced Administration role or the equivalent. It is essential you have great skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, as well as Xero and MYOB.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Preparing real estate contracts and listing paperwork
Processing sales contracts
Operating a trust account
Liaising with agents & staff
Working with reception
Communicating with solicitors/conveyancing
Previous experience within the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded however is not essential.
This is a Full Time position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. You will be joining a friendly, ambitious team of Real Estate professionals, and remuneration will be in line with experience accordingly.
