  • Explore Property has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist looking to become an integral part of our business.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be the front face of our growing organisation ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    You will be responsible for reception, assisting the sales administrators, as well as managing our internet listing presence and scheduling advertising. You will also work in processing contracts and trust account management.

    Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar reception / administration role, as well as the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal
    • Great time management
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • A positive attitude and friendly disposition
    • Real Estate experience is an advantage but not essential
    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role.
