    The role reports directly to the Manager, Quality, Employee Services & Corporate Social Responsibility and coordinates the front line responsibilities of the HR area. You will contribute to the successful delivery of HR administration, advice and support to facilitate effective HR outcomes.

    Leveraging your strong administration and coordination experience you will have:
    • Strong understanding of human resource management practises and occupational health and safety
    • Experience giving HR related advice to managers and interpreting awards and agreements
    • Experience in the generation of all employment contracts, changes in contract hours, including managing employee movements throughout the business in liaison with Managers
    • To provide accurate HR reporting information by deadlines
    • A professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and liaise with managers, employees, and team members across all levels of the organisation
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
    • Adept in the use of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and have the ability to keep databases up to date with timely and accurate information
