  • Catch22 is a family owned business in Mandurah, one of the most beautiful locations in WA.

    We are situated on the Dolphin Quay marina and work hard to provide an experience not to be forgotten. We are different than most places in Mandurah and take pride in being so. We have lots of ideas, but we need committed management staff to help bring these ideas to fruition.

    We require an experienced Chef / Cook to join our team.

    Reporting directly to the Manager you will be instrumental in the continuing management of our Kitchen. Having good smarts you will also be able to work with the "Boss" to maximise the Kitchen's profitability, labour and food cost controls whilst ensuring Total Awesome Customer Satisfaction and food quality.

    You will also need:
    • Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
    • Demonstrated experience within a similar venue/hospitality environment
    • High standards in customer service
    • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
    • Experience working within gross profit levels and expense budgets
    • Flexible work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable experiences.

    We offer a salary package of $54,000-$60,000, based on experience and credentials, to the right candidate.
