About the Role
Being the first point of contact for the business and ensuring every interaction is handled courteously and professionally highlights the importance of this position.
The role includes:
Face to face greeting of all visitors
Answering of phones
Provide hospitality to customers
Office Assistant duties:
Assist with administration duties, data entry and database maintenance as required
There is an opportunity for the role and responsibility to grow and utilise the strengths of the right candidate.
The hours for the role are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.00pm.
