We're currently looking for a Service Concierge / Administrator to join our expanding team in Ringwood.
Located within our service reception, this position will be responsible for:
Welcoming customers to our dealership
Answering phones and making bookings
Handover of vehicles to customers once servicing has been completed
Collating paperwork for Workshop Control and other various duties as required
Your skills and experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
Previous customer service experience
A high level of personal presentation and grooming
Exceptional professionalism and communication skills - both verbal and written
A high level of organisational skills - the ability to prioritise and multi-task
A clean valid Manual driver's licence
Any mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded but is not essential
You will need to enjoy working with customers and have a great work discipline with the drive to work hard and achieve success in this exciting role.
