Bogazici Pty Ltd is a thriving 100-seater Turkish restaurant located in Coolaroo and is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager.
About Us:
Our restaurant boasts a vibrant atmosphere, serving authentic Turkish dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including:- Managing a team of up to 20 staff members
- Ensuring efficient stock control and inventory management
- Creating and managing staff rosters
- Conducting end-of-day cash reporting
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff members
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar setting
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including kitchen hand experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- An open driver's license
