This is a dynamic, yet highly rewarding role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow the property management division.
Our ideal candidate must hold a current Agents Representiative Certificate or a Cert 4 in Real Estate, and will have proven business development experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and individual initiative to create new business opportunities and develop strong relationships.
The successful candidate will also offer the following:
Experience in Property Management and BDM preferable
A desire for professional growth, learning and development
Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent computer skills
The ability to take initiative
A positive, outgoing attitude
A current Victorian Drivers Licence
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
