The Role:- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Establishing and monitoring budgets including Capex and cash flow analysis
- Drive the end-to-end financial management process, including General Ledger management, Fixed assets, month-end closures, and preparation of detailed financial reports.
- Preparing timely analysis of results for the senior leadership and monthly board meetings, involvement in strategic business planning
- Preparation and review of financial statements including Public listed companies.
- Working closely with a diverse group of clients and providing full compliance as well as value added services.
- Foster strong relationships across the organisation and be a key member of the management team.
To apply:- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- CA/CPA qualified accountant essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including financial reporting.
- Technical competency, AASB and IFRS
- Strong MS Office skills, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel.
- Experience using financial systems including leading ERPs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving results with the ability to prioritise, work in accordance with reporting needs.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the financial management and the subsequent proactive management of such opportunities.
- Confident in decision making and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.
- Ability to provide Leadership to a medium sized team.

The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration between $80,000 - $120,000.
