    We currently have a great opportunity available for a Finance Broker Support / Administrator to join our team.

    To be considered you will need previous experience in a similar support role within the finance, banking or legal sector. Full industry training and development is available. You will be working directly with experienced brokers, and need to speak directly with customers over the phone at times.

    You'll be responsible for:
    • Assisting with inputting applications into lender systems for approval ensuring all information is at hand or required info to process approval
    • Working with the business development managers at each financier when issues arise or we don't know the answer to what they ask of us.
    • Housing data in the CRM and updating application status in the system when required
    • Requesting invoices from suppliers or private sellers to proceed with documentation
    • Submitting applications to lenders for approval (prepared by broker),
    • Marking up / Generating documents once approved so clients can sign contracts correctly
    • Settlement of finance contracts once all information is received by the client
    • Follow up clients or send out marketing communications
    • Quoting new business via the CRM system (with brokers help)
    • Sending out settled contracts to each client's accountant or bookkeeper
    We're open to this role being full time or part time, and could suit someone wanting school hours. You'll join a small, easy going, flexible, positive, and happy team. We're based on the Mornington Peninsula however this role can offer a working from home option.

    About you:
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to mark up finance contracts for signing (Adobe or printed)
    • Understanding of lenders requirements (Can be learnt)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems
