    • Duttons Adelaide Hills are a family owned and operated multi franchise dealership representing Subaru, Isuzu Ute, GWM / Haval, Volkswagen and LDV across our multiple sites.

    We currently require a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager / Operations Manager to join our team in Adelaide Hills.

    We are looking for someone who can inspire a team, give and receive feedback, demonstrate accountability and respect and value relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. 

    Along with your refined people management abilities, you will be approachable and competent in performing well, under pressure. You will be a strong advocate for our Company Values & known for executing strategies that deliver high returns. You will be recognised for nurturing the best consumer experience.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Overseeing all aspects of the Service Department Operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
    • Service training and team development
    • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
    • Maximising efficiency and productivity
    To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
    • Experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Operations Management experience within a factory workshop environment
    • Commitment to driving robust processes and managing change.
    • The ability to manage and lead a team of 15+ staff
    • Proven communication skills, internally and with our valued customers.
    • Strong leadership with a mindset focused on developing innovative ways of driving our business to the next level, while enhancing the customer experience and exceeding Service KPIs.
