We currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. Reporting to the Workshop Foreperson, with your excellent communication skills, you will work in partnership with other experienced and dedicated Motor Mechanics in a fully equipped workshop. Who are we? Based in regional Port Pirie, The Spencer Motor Company is a highly successful and long established multi franchised Dealer in New and Used vehicles. What's in it for you? A competitive salary between $70,000 - $72,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. You will also be provided with manufacturers training to help you excel in this position. Further to this, do you thrive on working in a Team environment each day? Because that's included as well. What are we looking for? To achieve success in this position we are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills capable of working efficiently in a team environment. You will need to hold a relevant trade qualification have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will apply your previous qualified technical experience while performing servicing, repairs and maintenance to new and used customer vehicles in alignment with Manufacturer's and Dealership requirements. You will also need to display high levels of customer service through accurate and timely completion of customer repair orders. Having a current drivers licence is also required.
