    A vacancy has recently become available in our Blacktown dealership for an Administration Manager to join us.

    Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven administration experience. While previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded, a strong background in general administration is just as important!

    • Strong computer literacy
    • Attention to detail and great time management
    • The ability to work in a team environment
    • A friendly and approachable personality
    • Experience with the Reynolds and Reynolds system is an advantage
    This is a varied role and an exciting opportunity to join a well established dealership in Sydney's "Heartland".

    You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
    • General reception duties
    • Processing dealership banking
    • New vehicle deal processing
    • Completing weekly payroll sheets
    • The supervision of clerical and reception staff
    • Carrying out administration associated with New / Used Sales
