About Us:
Starlight Property Group is a Real Estate Agency based in Alfred Cove with many years of experience servicing the Perth Metro area. We have an administrative team to support the sales representatives and provide a structural training program. We also have a strong Property Management team, and inhouse mortgage broker and Migration Agency.

We are looking for a Property Manager
As our portfolio continues to expand, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about property management and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position Details:- Full-time role, Monday to Friday
- Occasional after-hours work required for emergency situations
Key Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, with duties including:- Advertising and listing properties for lease
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders
- Performing routine property inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Processing tenancy applications and lease documentation
- Lodging and managing rental bonds
- Handling lease renewals and variations
- Advising owners on current market conditions for rent reviews
- Conducting final bond inspections
- Managing and following up on rental arrears
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager, along with a genuine passion for real estate and delivering exceptional customer service. We're seeking someone who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.

- Excellent communication - verbal, written, and over the phone
- Strong client liaison skills across all mediums (in-person, phone, and email)
- A current driver's licence and reliable personal transport (essential)
- Highly collaborative, ambitious, and results-driven
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in your work
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Multilingual skills are a plus (but not essential)
- Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
