    We are currently looking for new and experienced Sales Associates to join our team in Chelsea and Mentone.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by managing daily activity, generating leads, and providing support throughout the listing and sales process.

    We welcome both experienced professionals and enthusiastic cadet applicants. While previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to the position. Confident computer skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential to succeed in this role.

    The successful candidate will have or be:
    • A Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
    • A good communicator, who is well spoken and determined to provide good service to clients.
    • Well-structured with the ability to manage their day and get things done.
    • High energy with the ability to be enthusiastic and consistent throughout the day.
    • Attention to detail, ensuring everything is done correctly and follows the right procedures.
    • Reliable, self manageable and able to complete tasks independently.
    • Eager to keep going and always striving to improve themselves.
    • Resilient, has emotional intelligence and is able to work under pressure.
    • Coachable, always asking questions, eager to learn and take action.
    • A team player who understands their role in the team
    • Has patience, understands that real estate is a marathon and not a sprint.
    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail will be valued in this role. You will be juggling multiple priorities so there will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
