We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Vehicle Stock Controller to join our team in Mornington.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
Automotive dealership experience (Stock control experience is not essential, however an understanding of dealership operations is important)
A valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Competent computer skills
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Overseeing and managing vehicle stock inventory, ensuring accurate records of all vehicles on-site
Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining up-to-date stock levels
Liaising with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are readily available for customers
Coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
Maintaining an organised, clean, and efficient stock area
