Anant Enterprise Pty Ltd trading as Liberty Stanwell Truck Store are currently seeking an experienced Retail Specialist to join their team.
Purpose of the Position:
The Retail Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stanwell store, while planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Manage daily operations of the retail store
- Lead and supervise staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor sales and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Perform financial management tasks, including budgeting and reporting
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications and Experience Required:- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a retail setting
Personal Qualities and Skills:- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications
- Solid accounting knowledge
A salary of $74,000 plus super will be offered to the successful candidate.
