    We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team in East Maitland.

    Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
    • High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
    • A current NSW Drivers Licence
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
    • A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
    • Confident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems)
    • The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
    • Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Willingness to work in a team environment
    You'll be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away. This will involve:
    • Answering phones and arranging bookings
    • Quotations, costing and invoice completion
    • Liaising with Technicians to ensure customers are kept up to date on the progress of their vehicle
