We offer an extensive range of Ford, Isuzu, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW as well as quality range of Used Vehicles.  

    We are looking for a driven person to join our team as a Service Advisor. The role of Service Advisor involves liaising between customers, our workshop and external suppliers to provide our customers with a premium vehicle servicing experience.

    Reporting to the Service Manager, your day to day duties will include:
    • Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
    • Face to Face and phone enquiries
    • Supply general advice/quotations
    • Following up customer requirements
    • Updating and liaising with customers on their service or repair
    • Booking in customers for service and repair work
    • Utilising our internal computer system
    • Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
    • Follow all internal processes and procedures
    The successful candidate will display:
    • A highly organised manner
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
    • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
    • Be mature, punctual and reliable
    • A strong work ethic and be customer focused
    • Administration experience would be advantageous, however not essential
    • A current drivers licence
