An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Prestige Automotive Group Gold Coast team as a Warranty Clerk / Administrator.
Working closely with the Service Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for:
Preparing and submitting warranty claims accurately as per the guidelines set by the manufacture.
Repair order preparation
Keeping valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted.
Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested in the time frame required.
Keeping the dealership compliant with regular audits.
Submitting transport and damage claims.
Repair order filing when required
Liaising with Service Manager / Workshop Controller to ensure warranty process is adhered to.
To succeed in the role the applicant must display:
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry / computer skills
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Knowledge of Manufacturer Warranty Claims Guidelines / Repair Order Processes
Titan experience preferred
Previous automotive warranty experience is preferred but not essential.
