    • Cobb Lane is an artisan bakery & patisserie located in Yarraville, in Melbourne's inner-west. Cobb Lane has established a reputation as one of Melbourne's leading artisan bakeries, providing premium baked goods to the city's most renowned venues.

    We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Baker who is looking to further develop their career alongside a passionate team producing high quality sourdough, yeasted breads and other artisan baked goods.

    To be considered for this role, you must hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years' previous experience working as a Baker.

    It's also important that you can demonstrate:
    • Strong understanding of ingredients, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
    • Previous experience working with slow-ferment doughs and hand-moulding
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment without direct supervision
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Willingness to contribute to a committed team

    A salary between $73,150 and $80,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
