    • Maximising dealership performance through smart, data-led decision making
    • Developing and executing strategies to grow market share in the Gold Coast New Energy Vehicle space

    What You'll Bring:
    • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume automotive dealership
    • Strong operational knowledge across sales, F&I, service, and fixed operations
    • Exceptional people leadership with the ability to inspire and manage teams
    • A commercial mindset and ability to grow a business in a competitive market
    • Experience with new brands or start-up dealership operations is a plus
    • New Energy Vehicle and/or BYD experience is a bonus, but a passion for innovation is essential
