Joyce Krane is a national supplier of quality crane and logistical services to the Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction and Renewable Energy Industries and are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be based at our St Marys Office in NSW. This newly created position is critical in enabling strategic alignment, enhancing customer experience, and driving national long-term growth in Australia.
In the role, you'll work with our operations team, to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market intelligence, data analysis, and industry trends. You'll also lead projects that improve service offerings, digital tools, and forecasting capabilities - directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Daily activities will include but not be limited to:- Developing and delivering market intelligence reports to improve our customer support strategy
- Analysing industry trends and providing data-driven insights into equipment performance, current market positioning, customer needs and areas of opportunity
- Collaborating with business units to develop business cases to support prioritization of strategic initiatives
- Supporting delivery and optimisation of strategic initiatives as required
- Developing models to anticipate service demand in the context of evolving markets
- Providing regular management updates
Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience as a Business Procedures Analyst and hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant field.
It is also envisaged the successful candidate will also have:- An understanding of the Australian hire equipment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in developing market intelligence and synthesising strategic insights
- Strong business acumen, analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
A competitive remuneration between $90,000 - $100,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
