    Position Overview:

    We are excited to announce a position for an Account Executive. This role is responsible for acting as an independent Insurance Broker, offering tailored insurance solutions from various providers. They will assess client needs, provide expert advice, negotiate terms, and support claims to ensure cost-effective, comprehensive coverage for individuals and businesses.

    Tasks & responsibilities:
    • To provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to clients.
    • To develop the existing clients
    • To represent the business in a professional manner always.
    • Generating opportunities through discussions with existing clients
    • Acquiring new business clients that are new opportunities to the business
    • Preparing insurance documentation when required
    • Send invoice and policy documentation out to clients
    • All emails received are to be responded to punctually
    • Attending to renewals, including remarketing, invoicing, completing proposal and declaration forms, follow up Insurers, sending renewal questions and proposal forms to clients to obtain information either electronically or by phone and follow up clients
    • Attending to claims lodgement and corresponding and advising client and insurer
    • Attending to general queries from clients
    • Arranging payment plans through funding company
    • Providing certificates of currency when requested
    • Amending interested parties if requested and providing amended certificate of currency
    • Attending to endorsements and cancellations
    • Obtaining payments for policies.
    • Keeping Debtors to a minimum
    • Filing documentation in Document Management System punctually
    • Managing emails professionally
    • Keeping desk area clean and tidy at all time
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Diploma or higher in Commerce or Business and Tier One and Two Insurance Broking
    • At least three (3) years of relevant experience.
    Benefits & Remuneration:
    • Salary is commensurate with experience. $80,000 to $90,000 plus guaranteed superannuation.
