    Position Overview:

    As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within our service department. You will manage our team of service personnel to ensure that customer inquiries and aspects of service delivery are handled promptly and effectively. As well as manage our workshop and pre delivery team. Your leadership will be key in enhancing our service standards and achieving customer satisfaction. 
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the service team to achieve department goals and KPIs.
    • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive team environment.
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues swiftly.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of service delivery and company objectives.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to continuously improve service offerings.
    • Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback for management review.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in a service management role or similar position
      - Automotive or Truck Mechanical background is a must
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
