Are you passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer service? We're currently looking for an ambitious Trainee Service Advisor to join our team in Epping!
You will need to demonstrate:- A genuine passion for the automotive industry.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer and literacy skills.
- A polished professional appearance.
- A valid manual driver's license.
As part of our frontline Service Department team, your responsibilities will include:- Deliver top-notch after-sales support with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Process service and repair orders using dealership software.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to help grow the service department's revenue.
- Translate technical repairs into clear, easy-to-understand language for customers.
- Maintain our reputation by adhering to ethical practices and procedures.
- Approach customer issues with empathy and work toward mutually beneficial solutions.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings and repairs with our skilled technical team.
