Our business, the Pour Group, is a multi-platform hospitality business with coffee vans and 3 stores. Our company was established in 2010 due to the founding directors' continued dedication to the ever-evolving coffee industry and the demand for a great coffee at every event!
We service all Brisbane and Greater Suburbs. We deliver a medium to full-bodied style espresso, using MERLO organic coffee that is certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association.
We come out to your workplace or event with our custom mobile espresso bars (extending to custom trailers and mobile table set ups) ensuring you receive outstanding coffee and service to you, your clients and customers.
The retail manager organises and controls the operations of our retail trading establishment.
Tasks and duties include:- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principle;
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts;
- Commercial awareness;
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation;
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines;
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills;
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise;
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store;
- Knowledge of retail management best practices;
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget;
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays;
- Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency;
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
Skills / Experience / Required:- A level of skill commensurate with an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and 1 year of related employment experience OR at least three years of relevant employment experience.
This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $73,500 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
