PKM Earthmoving is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for a LEGENDARY Excavator Operator who's ready to jump into the driver's seat of some top-tier machines and help build Brisbane's future.
If you know how to handle your gear, can read plans, set out a site with your eyes closed, and you've got experience in small subdivisions and demolition - this might just be your dream gig.

WHO YOU ARE:- You've got 4+ years of excavator experience (this is non-negotiable).
- You hold a current HR license (HC a big bonus).
- You've worked in civil construction, especially small subdivisions and demolition.
- You can read and interpret site plans, and set out jobs like a pro.
- You've got tipping experience, and you're no stranger to truck work.
- You're a top operator on excavator, posi and combo gear.
- You show up early, work hard, and you're the kind of person others love to work with.
- You take pride in your work, do it once and do it right.
This job isn't for everyone.
If you need micromanaging, don't take pride in your work, or you're just looking for a paycheque - not a team - you won't like it here.
