We are looking for the next super star to join our Kia Service Department to provide the ultimate experience to all our Customers.
There has never been a better time to join Kia, with an array of new models in the pipeline - Kia Tasman, Kia EV5 and Kia EV3 you will get to learn about different models and technologies.
You will be joining the busiest Kia retailer in NSW, about 60 cars a day. There is never a dull moment.
The team has an extensive knowledge of the Kia processes and exceptional Customer service skills. In fact, one of the team members that you will be working with just participated in the National Service Advisor Skills Cup for Kia Australia. He is one of the top 6 service advisors nationally. Our Dealer is also ranked in the top 10 NSW retailers in 2024 and 2025.
If you have exceptional Customer facing skills, but are doubting to apply because you don't know too much about vehicles, we will provide you with the mechanical training to explain concerns to our Customers as well as with training to master the use of our DMS.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:- Provide outstanding Customer service to our Customers on drop off, collection and via phone when providing them with updates on their vehicles.
- Achieve NPS target.
- Achieve upsell targets.
- Cost and invoice repair orders.
- Ensure warranty repairs have all the required information.
- Follow up on goodwill and warranty pre-approval processes and provide update to our Customers.
- Complete all required Kia training as well as our internal training.
Hours for this position are:- 07:30am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday
- 07:30am to 12:30pm - Saturdays - NOTE: only 1 or 2 Saturdays per month will be required as there is only 1 service advisor each Saturday.
