RL Communications Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Telecommunication Engineering Technologist to join their Perth team in a full time role.
A Telecommunication Engineering Technologist is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and optimizing telecommunications network infrastructure. This role involves the integration of new technologies into existing networks, ensuring reliable communication systems that meet industry standards and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for network installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Coordinate the implementation of telecommunications systems with engineers, project managers, and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in telecommunications networks and implement solutions for system optimization.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for network deployment and expansion.
- Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, standards, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging telecommunications technologies and tools.
Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience as a Telecommunications Engineering Technologist.
A salary between $76,515 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
