Prestige Cars Group is a growing automotive retailer representing some of the Gold Coast's most luxurious dealerships. We represent Porsche, JLR, BYD, and Gold Coast Car Clearance, and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Showroom Host to be the face of our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Southport.
This is more than a reception role - it is a key position within our business, responsible for setting the tone of our client experience from the very first interaction. As the first point of contact, you will greet all guests and callers with warmth, professionalism, and poise, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment.
It is essential that you have proven experience in a high-volume, customer-facing reception role.
You will need to demonstrate:- Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, engaging demeanour
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, courteous phone manner
- High-level organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A proactive and reliable approach with the ability to follow process with ease
- A genuine passion for luxury service and customer excellence
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:- Warmly welcoming guests and clients to the showroom and offering refreshments
- Professionally managing a high volume of incoming calls
- Accurately recording and directing messages and inquiries
- Coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom space
- Ordering and managing office supplies and stationery
- Supporting administrative and front-of-house duties as required
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm.
