    Are you an experienced automotive service leader with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences?

    Prestige Automotive Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead one of our brand's dynamic service departments and uphold the premium standards our customers expect from a world-renowned luxury brand.

    To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
    • Proven experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry (luxury or European brands preferred)
    • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and motivating approach
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier service
    • Current and valid driver's license
    Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Lead the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficiency, performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction
    • Manage, mentor, and support a team of skilled technicians and service advisors
    • Oversee all repair and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with the brand's quality and safety standards
    • Drive service process improvements and implement strategies to boost customer experience and operational efficiency
    • Proactively handle customer concerns and deliver timely, professional resolutions
    • Monitor service KPIs and financial performance to ensure department profitability
    • Stay current with the brand's evolving technologies and service protocols
