About Us:
Dromana Estate is a well-established winery and events venue located on the Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences across our wine, hospitality, and events operations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our business. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming and outgoing email communications
- Handle phone and email enquiries, including booking coordination
- Oversee warehouse order dispatch and coordination
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Conduct stocktakes and manage venue-related ordering
- Schedule internal meetings and maintain appointment calendars
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
- Manage staff rosters and scheduling
- Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions
Key Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration or management
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- A current Australian driver's licence is preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
A salary package between $73,150 - $80,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
