    • A unique opportunity has become available at Belconnen Mazda in Canberra within a well-established and successful company for an experienced Dealer Principal representing a top 5 brand.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced automotive leader who has significant exposure to managing the front and back end operations, improving CSI, building a strong team culture and building strong relationships with the OEM's.

    The Dealer Principal will be energetic and committed to participation in all facets of the franchise on a day-to-day basis and be ultimately responsible for overseeing ongoing commercial aspects of the dealership's operations so that optimum results are achieved.

    The role will suit a hands-on manager who enjoys actively engaging with employees, customers and the broader community.
