Seeking experienced Panel Beaters, Vehicle Painters & Estimators

Salary: $76,515 - $80,000
|
Dynamic Paint N Panel repair all makes and models, specialising in prestige European and Japanese vehicles. As an expert RAA approved collision repairer with over 45 years experience, quality and service are guaranteed.
We are currently on the lookout for skilled Panel Beaters, Vehicle Painters and Insurance Loss Adjustors / Estimators to join our Stepney team in full time roles.
Panel Beater and Vehicle Painter applicants must hold a relevant trade qualification and at least 2 years' experience in the role they're applying for.
Duties for the Panel Beaters may include:- Remove damaged panels, upholstery, and accessories to access repair areas
- Repair dents and realign vehicle parts using tools and hydraulic equipment
- Replace severely damaged sections
- Weld, cut, and join replacement sections as needed
- Fill, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces for finishing
- Refit repaired panels and reinstall hardware like door locks and trim
Duties for the Vehicle Painters may include:- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding and smoothing rough areas
- Mix and match paint colours or select pre-mixed options
- Apply primers, finishing coats, touch ups, and polish
- Wax and polish completed paint jobs
- Apply rust-proofing treatments to protect surfaces
Duties for the Insurance Loss Adjustor / Estimator may include:- Inspecting the damaged vehicles and evaluating the cost of repairs or replacement estimating losses
- Assisting policyholders in understanding the claims process and their coverage
- Maintaining records of claims and settlements
- Keeping updated on insurance laws, regulations, and procedures reporting the extent of damage and estimated costs to the insurer preparing reports and recommending action to reduce risks compiling data which influence the determination of premium rates
3 years experience is required to be considered for the Insurance Loss Adjustor / Estimator position.
A salary between $76,515 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
