About the Role:
The Salon on the Boulevard is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Stylist to join our dynamic and professional team in City Beach, WA.
We're looking for an all-rounder with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be confident in performing a wide range of hair services and providing expert advice to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Consulting with clients and recommending suitable styles and products
- Shampooing, conditioning, and applying hair treatments
- Chemically straightening and perming hair
- Cutting women's hair (scissors and razors)
- Cutting men's hair using scissors, razors, and clippers
- Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches
- Styling hair with dryers, tongs, straighteners, and rollers
- Creating updos for weddings and special occasions
- Applying hair extensions, including tapes, wefts, and bonded extensions
- Performing all aspects of colouring, including tinting, bleaching, foiling, balayage, and creative techniques
- Specialising in blonde colouring services
- Cleaning and sanitising tools, instruments, and workstations
- Managing phone bookings and appointments using our salon system
- Processing client payments
Candidate Requirements:- Must hold relevant hairdressing qualifications
- Must have at least one year of relevant work experience
- Must provide a current resume when applying
$70,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience) is on offer to the successful candidate.
