    We're currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Adelaide team in a full time role.

    Skills and experience:
    • At least 2 years' relevant experience
    • Tertiary qualification of Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
    • Data entry/computing skills.
    • Organisational skills.
    • Communication skills.
    • Teamwork skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
    Responsibilities include:
    General Accounting Support:
    • Complete daily bank reconciliations
    • Invoice & data entry support for various staff
    • Update and fixed asset register for the Group
    • Populating BAS templates
    Cash Flow Management:
    • Updating cashflow spreadsheets
    • Vehicle payouts
    End of Month Accounting:
    • Reconciling some schedules and accounts on balance sheet
    • Investigation actual vs budget variances
    • Manufacturer reporting by populating templates
    • Populating actual vs budget templates
    • Populating payroll tax and workcover templates for review and submission
    Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain adherence to the Quality Assurance System.
    • Make suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
    Performance standards for this position are met when:
    • Deals are processed correctly and on time.
    • Commissions are calculated and authorized by Dealer Principal.
    • Inventory and floor plan records are maintained.
    • The Dealership meets its financial obligations or if necessary, adequate warning is given to Directors of any potential difficulty in doing so.
    • Notice of any adverse financial performance and/or non-conformance to set procedures is brought to the attention of Directors in a timely manner.
    • Recording and reporting procedures regulated by external bodies are adhered to.
    • Financial reports and reconciliations are produced accurately and by the required date.
    A salary between $73,150 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
