The Ralph D'Silva Motor Group is a family owned and operated business that has been located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne for over 30 years. From Holden all those years ago, we now have Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, GWM, Haval and GMSV in our stable.
We are seeking qualified full time Technicians to perform service, repair and diagnostic work on Holden/GMSV vehicles to a high standard. Dealership experience will be an advantage.
The Role:- Carrying out service maintenance, repair and replacement works as per the repair order
- Diagnosis work and ordering of parts as is required to complete the job
- Efficient and accurate work to be done within standard repair times
- Presenting recommendations in a timely fashion (if needed) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Follow workplace procedures and instructions
Suitable candidate skill sets required:- Ability to work consistently, effectively and efficiently under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work through problems methodically to problem solve/fault find
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Punctual with strong work ethic
- A full manual Driver's License
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions set by the Workshop Controller
