    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the daily front office operation as a shift leader
    • To undertake daily room checks and regular safety inspections of the hotel
    • Provide 5-star hotel service to guests including meeting and greeting VIPs, responding to guests requests and handling guest complaints.
    • Deliver front office skills and knowledge training as a departmental trainer
    • Responsible for front office administration including regular checking of emails, taking reservations, monitoring staff attendance and performance, producing financial reports etc.
    • Work with the Front Office leadership team to improve operation efficiency and customer service
    • To assume the role of Approved Manager and First Aider
    • To adhere to Duxton Hotel Perth policies and procedures
    Position Specifications:
    • Minimum two (2) years working experience as Front Office Duty Manager or similar within a 5-star hotel environment
    • Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate level
    • Preferably experienced in PMS System
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • National police clearance
