What You'll Be Doing:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and care
Managing multiple email inboxes and responding promptly to customer inquiries
Multitasking across various platforms and systems in a fast-paced environment
Working closely with our Service Department to coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth daily schedule
Handling service scheduling and assisting in maintaining efficient workshop operations
Providing exceptional customer service from first contact to follow-up
What You'll Bring:
Previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
