Parkes, Forbes, and Cobar Toyota are seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to oversee our Service and Parts Departments across three locations - Based in Parkes.
This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.
To be considered for this position, you'll need to demonstrate:- Proven leadership experience in a similar Fixed Operations or Service / Parts Manager role.
- Deep understanding of service and parts processes, profitability, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, team management, and organisational skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
You'll be responsible for:- Leading and managing all Fixed Operations (Service & Parts) across Parkes, Forbes, and Cobar Toyota.
- Driving performance through KPI management, customer service excellence, and cost control.
- Developing high-performing teams through training, mentoring, and positive leadership.
- Collaborating with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Toyota Australia and upholding all brand standards.
