We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our new state of the art facility in Melville.
You will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
An outgoing personality and high standards of personal presentation
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Clear English communication skills - verbal and written
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Self motivated
Confident computer skills (exp. with EraPower or Xtime highly regarded)
Working in our service department, you'll be responsible for:
Checking in customers having their vehicles serviced or repaired
Answering phones and email queries
Upselling services and keeping in contact with customers throughout the process
