    We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our new state of the art facility in Melville.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
    • An outgoing personality and high standards of personal presentation
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills
    • Clear English communication skills - verbal and written
    • Reliability and a strong work ethic
    • Self motivated
    • Confident computer skills (exp. with EraPower or Xtime highly regarded)
    Working in our service department, you'll be responsible for:
    • Checking in customers having their vehicles serviced or repaired
    • Answering phones and email queries
    • Upselling services and keeping in contact with customers throughout the process
